I am so thankful for everything!!! Mr. Bradley is a trustworthy, knowledgeable and willing to help others. He is a great man who always does his best!!! He helped us go through a tough situation and result was remarkable! Thank you. I will remember it for the rest of my life.
Mr. Henry was hired to defend my son, in a trial in Jefferson County, Tn., a county that he had previously not worked. My son had been to trial previously with a different attorney, so I had plenty opportunity to see the Judge who presided over criminal court, and also many other lawyers who were there defending other people and their interactions. There had been a lawyer on another case, who was from Knox county, and politely told the Judge that certain decisions were made THIS way in Knox county, to which the Judge replied "Yes, but this is MY county", and from that point on, it seemed that things did not go favorably for that lawyer. When Mr. Henry came into that courtroom, he actually sat and listened to the Judge hearing all these other cases, he didn't fiddle around with his blackberry or computer or phone, he didn't interfere with the decorum of the courtroom, but he was taking in the "Workings" of that particular court, and I believe it gave him the advantage when my sons' case came up. When my sons' case was over, the Judge asked Mr. Henry who he was, and who he was with, and Mr. Henry provided him with the information, to which the Judge replied, "You're welcome back in my court anytime". I believe that his respect, knowledge and professionalism give him a great advantage in any court. He never made promises that he knew he couldn't keep, made a point to thoroughly check on all facets of the case, was quick to respond when we had questions about the case, and overall kept us up on any changes or new information. I believe he is an excellent attorney, and will be a force to be reckoned with in the future judicial system.
Mr. Henry was very accessible when we needed him. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided peace of mind while handling the case for my son.
Upon my son's arrest, concerning drug charges, the court appointed Mr. Bradley Henry as my son's attorney. With less than a 1% chance of federal probation, Mr. Bradley Henry negotiated through the legal system with a wholehearted commitment to my son's case. His professionalism, and thorough knowledge and understanding of law, and thorough research concerning every aspect of the case enabled him to provide a powerful defense that resulted in my son's probation. In the opening remarks, the well respected Federal Judge stated that the brief submitted by Mr. Bradley Henry, was the best and most thorough brief he had read in years. Through out the case, Mr. Bradley Henry kept us promptly informed concerning every facet of detail (court date changes, intervening on petitions from the federal prosecutor by submitting petitions to the court, etc.) He visited my son on numerous occasions keeping him informed and showing genuine concern for his well being. He proved faithful to stay abreast of every complication, and remained in the fore front a watchman protecting my son's case. Bradley Henry's commitment to quality and excellence enabled him to carry my son's case through to completion, paying attention to every detail. He provided my son his life back. he provided my family and me our life back. There is no lawyer better than Mr. Bradley Lamar Henry. He is the best.
I was on Federal charges, facing years in prison. Mr.Henry got me probation. He is genuine, personable and takes his time to do the best job possible. If I ever needed a lawyer there would be no doubt in my mind, but to call Mr.Henry.
This is the first time I've ever needed a lawyer. I was arrested for shoplifting; because the amount was over $500, it was considered a felony. Being my first offense, Mr. Henry was able to have the charge dropped to a Class A misdemeanor. Upon completion of my probation, I will be able to have the charge expunged from my record. Mr. Henry answered any and all questions I had (no matter how minor they may have seemed) in a timely manor. He was always professional and helpful with any concerns I had. My time spent in court was minimal. I would strongly recommend Mr. Henry for any criminal defense case.
