We hired Patrick and our case was immediately handed off to his wife. If you read her bio it is not nearly as impressive as his bio. During our initial call with Patrick he informed us of 3 possible outcomes from our Lemon Law case. He told us we had a "slam dunk - very strong" case. Once hired,... conference calls were scheduled and never took place. We would cancel plans to make ourselves available for the scheduled conference calls and then the call never took place. Very poor scheduling. Very inconsiderate. When his wife showed up for our mediation (late I might add), she informed us of possible outcomes we could expect. None of which were what her husband told us we could expect when we agreed to hire HIM! Find another attorney and be sure to do your own research before you agree to even file a Lemon Law case. Did you know you can take your case to mediation without an attorney? Certainly would be our recommendation rather than hiring this firm!

I should of had a slam dunk lemon law case, but lost. Then was told I have a strong case to proceed, only to be told they didn’t file correct paperwork and the expert was useless. Constantly got passed around from their office help, always new people. Set appointments for a telephone conference and 2... days later got a call. Constant calls to resubmit paperwork that I already gave them

I spoke to a legal assistant of the attorney's and she constantly got my information wrong. Then I spoke with the attorney briefly over the phone to discuss my Lemon law case. He seemed knowledgeable and probably knows what he is doing. Then it was back to the assistant who kept referring to a...nother person's case/vehicle when corresponding. Several times. Finally FCA just settled the thing with me without need of litigation - months later... and the legal assistant cold calls me a week after that to schedule an appointment. This attorney would do well either hiring an office manager or sorting out his files better. Maybe a competent assistant? I don't know.

Patrick was instrumental in creating an appeal case and was willing to go the extra mile in my Alimony Case , He was very professional. One thing that sticks out with Patrick is that he listen to his client's concerns and decisions. This was very import as the case did not have to go to the Appellate... court.
