I came to the US without a visa. Then I made some mistakes and got some crimes on my record. I got an approved immediate relative petition but when another lawyer filed the I-485 I was sent to the immigration court to be deported. I went to Ms. Mulder she filed a waiver for me. She is very knowledgeable. She helped me to do everything I needed to do to show to the court I deserved a chance to stay in the U.S. I now have my green card. My family is all together now and I am so happy.
Thank you Ms. Mulder!

I used a passport with a visa to enter the U.S. Problem was, it was not my passport or my visa. Then a few days later I made a mistake and was convicted of a crime. I took Voluntary Departure. My family contacted Kyndra Mulder for me. It was complicated because I had gone to a third country because I could not go back to my country. Attorney Mulder filed a waiver for me at the U.S. Consulate. I am back in the U.S. with my family and I have my green card.

My parents, brothers, sisters, are in the United States legally. Ms. Mulder represented a lot of them in their cases. While everything went okay for my family, I didn’t go to Attorney Mulder until after my case fell through. I lost at the USCIS, was denied employment authorization, got an order of deportation from the immigration court, I went to see Attorney Mulder. She filed an appeal to the BIA. Thanks to her I now am here legally and have work authorization. My family has a house and my children are going to school and everyone is very happy.

I was afraid to file for my naturalization because I have a conviction for a crime. Attorney Mulder helped me and everything went good. Her experience is obvious. I am now a United States Citizen and I don’t think I would be if I hadn’t gone to her for help.

I was once step from being in deportation proceedings because I made a mistake and was charged with a crime. Attorney Mulder represented me in criminal court. She got the charges reduced to a crime that is not something I can be deported for. The immigration hold was lifted and I was spared deportation proceedings.

I retained this attorney for my immigration matter, she was suppose to file a paper for me but rather lied to me and took my money and no work was done, please look somewhere eless with your immigration case , actually run away for your own good, she will not refund your money to you even though she wont do her job, she is also very rude and a scam.

Kyndra Mulder called me recently and asked if I would write a review for her. My wife and I met Ms. Mulder about 8 years ago when she represented us in our marriage case. She is honest and kind. I recommend her to everyone. Our case was finished in 4 months. Before the interview she played the interviewing officer and prepared us. Then we walked across the street together for the interview. We remain good friends with Ms. Mulder. Our whole family including me my wife and our children are now U.S. citizens. Thank you Ms. Mulder

When I got my citizenship about 6 years ago Ms. Kyndra and everyone in her office surprised me and my family with a celebration in her conference room office. None of us spoke good English at the time. She help us study for the USC test in Spanish and then English. She is not just a good and patient attorney she is a good teacher. She got me a cake with sparklers and the room was full of flags and red white and blue balloons. She gave me a gift of an American Flag that waives and plays the star spangled banner. What a great person and excellent attorney. I really felt welcome by her whole staff as a new American citizen. After she represented me she handled my children and wife's case.

At first I was hesitant because she charges for an initial consultation. However, after consulting with other attorneys I liked her best. It is true, "You get what you pay for." Plus she applied the consultation fee toward our costs. She kept our prepaid costs in an account and we actually got a refund of the balance. I heard no attorney would ever give someone money back but it is not true at least not with this attorney.

I was having trouble at the USCIS in Jacksonville and I didn’t know what to do. So I walked across the street to Attorney Mulder’s office. She actually dropped what she was doing and went over to the USCIS with me and helped me. She is very kind.

My wife and I went to an attorney in Jacksonville who scarred my wife so bad she cried all weekend. On Monday we went to see Attorney Mulder. She said there was nothing to worry about and in fact the history of our case made things better. In four (4) months my wife had her permanent green card without conditions and it cost us 1/3 of the price the other attorney was asking. She walked across the street with us every time we had to go to the USCIS. She is a good person and honest. Does not try to scare people in order to get more money.

I had to go to the USCIS for my fingerprints. My husband dropped me off at the USCIS on his way to work. He couldn’t come back to pick me up until he got off work. They wouldn’t let me wait inside the USCIS. I walked over to Attorney Mulder’s office building across the street (4110 Southpoint Boulevard) They let me wait in their waiting room. I didn’t have any money and Attorney Mulder even bought me a drink and snacks from the vending machine. Attorney Mulder is very nice and so is everyone else who works there.

I was in deportation proceedings and another attorney who doesn’t practice immigration defense sent me to Attorney Mulder. She filed with the immigration court to adjust my status. The individual hearing was like a trial. She did great and I got my green card. Soon I will be a US citizen. I will definitely have Attorney Mulder represent me for my Naturalization.

Attorney Mulder is my fifth attorney. I plead to an Aggravated Felony drug charge many years ago even though I was not guilty but I have little kids and did not want to risk going to prison. Before Attorney Mulder I paid a lot of money for nothing and the attorneys new it but charged me anyway. Attorney Mulder got me permission to remain in the USA with my family.

Another Attorney in Jacksonville handled my marriage case. I waited for almost a year for a decision in our case. The attorney was telling me, “just wait”. I finally went to Attorney Mulder. Her office is right across the street from the USCIS in Jacksonville, Florida. She checked on our case for me. The file had been mistakenly sent to the wrong office. Attorney Mulder had it sent back to Jacksonville and the situation straightened out. Our case was approved and I have my green card. The other attorney couldn’t be bothered to even check for me. Attorney Mulder is great.

I was about to be deported by the immigration judge because my previous attorney did a very poor job in court. I have a criminal record. Someone told me to go see Attorney Mulder. Attorney Mulder was able to get my deportation case dismissed through the mail. We didn’t even have to go back to court. Experience and finding an attorney who knows the law paid off for me. I have my green card.

I had three convictions for marijuana possession and was in deportation proceedings. Mulder got the felony possession case reduced to a misdemeanor and the two misdemeanor possessions dismissed. She got us an approved immediate relative petition and filed an I-485 with the immigration court and a waiver. The I-485 and waiver were granted. I have a green card now. She was great at handling everything. At one point I left the USA and was inadmissible. She got me back in so I could go to court and finish my case.

Before going to Attorney Mulder I went to two other attorneys and paid them a lot of money. Neither attorney got my family here. I was having to travel to see my family for many years. I went to see Attorney Mulder. In 6 months she got my entire family here! THANK YOU Attorney Mulder.

Kyndra was professional and helped us every step of the way. I have worked with lots of lawyers, but she did not try to get our account and then abandon us in the middle of a legal action. We are impressed!

I'm not going to get into the detail of our case but my fiancee retained this attorney and she did nothing for him. she was to respond to a court order and she failed to do so. Even though she told him that she did. To this day we are waiting for proof of her work. After paying her a hefty retainer fee she pretty much disappeared. Phone calls after phone calls and no response from her. He emailed and nothing. Finally blocked his number before calling and was able to reach her. She was very rude on the phone like she didn't even know he was her client. She was very nice and professional until she got that retainer. (Again this review is only related to our case). Use your own discretion when hiring an attorney. Years of experience means nothing...in this case. Ethics is very important.

She did great for me. Immigration and criminal case. My first attorney messed everything up and she fixed it. Contact her BEFORE your criminal case about your immigration case. My criminal attorney didn't know immigration and she had to go back and fix it. That made everything harder.

Lawyer’s Comment:
When a statement such as the foregoing is published on a website by a person who will not disclose her identity, one has to wonder about its authenticity. If someone took my money and did not perform the work agreed upon I would confront that person and if that did not work I would file a formal complaint with the Florida Bar.
