I have been working with Giselle Carson and her immigration team for a few years and it has been a privilege. She successfully guided and supported us through complex and frustrating immigration challenges, which I will never forget in my life. She responded to questions promptly and educated me and my employer with all possible options. She and her team clearly and effectively worked with us through a difficult H1B extension beyond six years, PERM labor certification and I140 approvals. The services of the Marks Gray Immigration team are not cheap but the value of what you receive is so much more than what they charge. As a result of their work, the course of my life has changed and I have more control of my future. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Giselle and her team for providing such fantastic services. Thanks

A few years ago I was on an H-1B Visa working for a consulting company. The company hired bargain, disengaged lawyers with whom I never met to file for my Green Card. These lawyers botched my application resulting in a slew of complications which would have resulted in me having to leave the country permanently were it not for Giselle. I switched companies and lawyers and Giselle personally worked with me and my new employer to transfer my H-1B, resolve the issues from the previous filing, and submit a proper filing for my Green Card. Throughout the re-filing process I was in constant contact with Giselle and her team which was extremely reassuring given the potential for a dire outcome. My Green Card was eventually approved and Giselle then filed for my spouse's. Giselle also worked with my brother, my cousin, and their respective employers to file their H-1B's. I entrusted Giselle with shepherding me through one of the most precarious situations of my life and she came through. I will forever be grateful to Giselle and the team at Marks Gray.

I have mixed feelings now that all the process of obtaining our permanent residence documentation is over. I will miss exchanging emails and follow up call from Giselle and her very professional and warm immigration team.
From day one, when we were getting all required academic , employment, travel information and documentation, there was always a structured format/process to follow but very simple at the same time, in our case, that would not impose a heavy load of tasks on my side or that would affect my work or other activities.
Effective and clear communications, reasonable expectations of the success of the process, but always with the comfort of the trust transmitted and felt trough the distance, that we were in the right hands, that we were taken care of by a friend.
Beyond the normally expected Client/Lawyer professional relationship, Giselle and "The Team", as I call them, made sure we felt that they honestly cared for our case and that they were doing every effort for it to be successful.
In closing, I fully recommend Giselle Carson and her "Immigration Team" as the best professional and trustworthy immigration lawyer!
Note: Bellow, My email to Giselle and Team when notified about our Green Cards Approval..
“Wow! I'm speechless! Few words left to say and a lot to feel for!
Thank very very much for your professional, supportive and sincere efforts that have made the privilege of obtaining an employment green card possible for me and my family!
We Will always be deeply grateful to you all!

I endorse Giselle Carson. She is extremely knowledgable in the area of immigration, specifically employment based immigration. She works with a well respected firm. Giselle has also published and lectured on immigration issues, which have been very helpful to other attorneys, including myself.
