I handle Probate, Estate Planning (Wills, POA, Health Care Surrogates, Living Wills, DNRO, Lady Bird Deeds, Quit Claim Deeds) I also handle foreclosure defense specializing in loan modifications, small claims collection defense matters, Credit Repair, Pre & Post Nuptial Agreements, and Uncontested Divorces with no children. Yes I love paperwork!
My office is conveniently located off of US Hwy 19 N by Countryside Mall. The parking, WIFI and coffee is free. We are handicap accessibly and LBGTQ and children friendly.
