I was going through a long and bitter custody case and divorce. Both my divorce lawyer and my wife's lawyer kept dragging the case out, for about a year. It was hurting the kids and our finances. We decided to try mediation and see if we could settle the case. My divorce lawyer recommended Alexandra as a mediator. I was impressed with how she got right to the issue and dealt with me and my wife. It was clear that we were both being spiteful and the real issue was about child visitation.
We settled our case in an afternoon and it was a good outcome for everyone, especially the kids. Alexandra did a great job with the mediation. I wish we would have gone this route in the beginning.

Alexandra worked hard on my case and got me the results I wanted. I could not have done it without her. Thank you Alexandra.

Expertise and efficiency is only surpassed by her compassionate and caring personality. I hired Alexandra to handle my child custody case. I was asking for my son to return to live with my older son and myself. She had remarried and was not providing a proper home for Dillan.
The problem was, I lived in California and my wife lived in Augusta, Georgia, where we got divorced. When I first spoke with Alexandra on the phone, she made me feel at ease. She let me know that it was difficult for a father to win custody of his 9 year old son. But she came up with a plan of action and we carefully prepared our case for the judge. She assured me that our best chance of success would require us to build a solid case. We did not rush in using emotion. We took our time and did a thorough job.
I went through psychological evaluations (and so did my ex-wife), I was interviewed by a guardian, and we prepared the best case possible to prove that it my in Dillan’s best interest to live with me and my son.
In the end, I was awarded custody of my son. He now lives with his brother and me. Thank you Alexandra. You are the best!

Alexandra online. I needed her to prepare a custody case while i was deployed to Iraq. Not an easy thing to do. My daughter's mother was providing a very bad environment for my young daughter.
She prepared the paperwork and had my daughter placed in the care of her grandmother (a god thing). When I returned, I ended up receiving full custody and my daughter now resides with me. Alexandra also made sure that my daughter's mother went to drug rehab. It has made a big difference in her life and will make a difference in the life of my daughter.

Ms. Waddington handled my divorce case in Columbia County GA in July 2009. I am a soldier stationed at Fort Gordon and a dad. I was happy to get custody of my two children. Ms. Waddington gave me the courage and motivation to fight for my kids and it paid off. Thank you.

Despite advising her that I wanted to attend my next divorce hearing, Mrs. Gonzalez-Waddington failed to inform me of my 30-day progress hearing, resulting in my being physically absent. I only found out about the hearing as I called her the day before about a different issue, and as I live out of state it was impossible to get there in time for the hearing. Her excuse was that she did not have my correct mailing address which was false as I had no problem receiving in the mail all her invoices asking me for money. Additionally, I had asked her to represent me firmly on one issue and stressed its importance to me (it was the only issue I cared about) and she totally ignored my concerns nor addressed them. Furthermore, in order to receive an answer to any questions you may have, you either have to call her several times or repeatedly and I mean repeatedly send e-mails to receive an answer, if you eventually get one at all. I do not recommend her at all and believe you will receive better service from any other lawyer.
