A church member referred Mr. Bradley Reed to me for this incident that accord on April 20, 2015. I had never had gone threw something like this ever in my life. I had explained to Mr. Bradley Reed on what and how the situation came about. Mr. Bradley Reed had ensured me not to worrie, that he would take care of everything. and he sure did." Wow" is all I can say! and thank you so much. So I would recommend Mr. Bradley Reed to anyone. Also I wanted to thank Mr. Bradley's staff. Amber Moore was always helpful on court date's and times and returning phone calls as well. again thank you very much!

I want to share my case with the public and how the outcome was more than I could ever expect.
My daughter got into a fight with another child. Her parents filed charges on my daughter and the state picked it up. I felt like my child was going to get dragged through the justice system like a violent criminal, and that's exactly what the state wanted. Once the first hearing was finished I knew I needed a lawyer. I searched and searched for attorneys to help us. I talked to several and once they heard the details they either wouldn't take the case or the vibe didn't seem very believing, just give me money and we will see. It seemed all hope was lost and my child was going to fall victim to the court. Then I came across Benjamin Bradley Reed contact info and I called and left a message. He returned my call and while talking to him I knew he was our attorney. He wanted to meet to go over all details of our case. He made it clear he wanted to hear the truth and nothing else. I felt like he would also deny it once he heard the truth. After the meeting he was eager to try the case and I was excited and felt hopeful when I left but in the back of my mind I was thinking there is no way he was going to pull this off. The state wanted battery charge and Mr. Reed was not having that at all, he knew the truth and the half truth the state was using to prosecute. The state kept relaying messages to us through him to take a plea. I was thinking should we take it, is it going to be worse if we don't? He was going to let us make the decision but I felt like he wanted a chance to argue the point. He said "you make your own decision and if you want t o go to trial, I am more than ready", When he came back the last time with the states offer he said lets not negotiate no more, lets do this! His cross examination of the witnesses the state had blew my mind. I was sitting there thinking "Is this the same easy spoken man I was just talking to a minute ago?" From the opening comments from Mr. Reed to the end, I knew he meant business and my hope hit the roof! My daughter admitted to everything accusation the state had said. There was more to it than that one time, there was history. His cross examination of the witnesses brought out the truth and the history between the states witness and my child. He revealed the truth and had the states witness that tried to lay from the get go also reveal the truth. We walked out of that courtroom with zero probation, zero anger management, and nothing on my daughters record. Mr. Reed is an amazing attorney. I never thought we would walk out a winner minutes before the trial started. If you are reading this there is no more reason to look any further. You might find a lawyer that may charge less but you always get what you pay for. Mr. Reed worked hard from start to finish and I feel like he is worth way more than what he charges. There is ALWAYS hope in your case, you just need someone to reveal it and that person is Mr. Benjamin Bradley Reed.
If you feel like I did please contact Mr. Reed and let him work for you like he did for me, you will not be disappointed by no means. He was honest with us from the start and did exactly what he said he would do.
Thanks for reading,

I hired Brad to represent me for a DUI. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. As there were extenuating circumstances Brad was able to get my sentence reduced. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my trial. I would recommend Brad and his firm in the future.

I really liked having Attorney Brad Reed as my attorney. I never was worried about anything or stressed out because he made sure that everything was done a head of time. He really helped me get my charges dropped and I am very thankful for that.

I came to Brad for help with my DUI. I've never dealt with anything like this before and was very nervous about it. In our first meeting, he made me feel much better, and secure that I would be well represented. I wasn't dissapointed. I feel we got the best possible results in court and his advice and representation was invaluable.

I was impressed with how quickly Mr Reed came to see me at the jail once he was hired by a family member. He was committed from the very beginning, was very comforting, knowledgeable, up front and honest from the get go. Mr Reed believed in my case and knew I did not belong in jail and that I was not adjusting well at all. He told me at our first visit that he would get me in court within the next week and he did! And had me released on that same day I went to court. This was the worst experience of my life. I was scared to death but just having such a competent, caring attorney made all the difference in the world. I would recommend Brad Reed to anyone facing criminal charges. I was beyond satisfied with his services. More importantly, Mr Reed treats his clients with complete respect.

In 2008, my then-girlfriend was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery. She is black and the "alleged" victim was white. My girl claimed self-defense, but the police detectives and state prosecutors were not hearing it. The state felt that it case was so strong that the final plea offered on the day of trial was 20 years-serve10 at 65% parole eligibility, with a threat of 60 years upon a guilty verdict. Brad meticulously and methodically destroyed the integrity of the police investigation, smashed the credibility of each and every one of the state's witnesses, and summed up his case in closing arguments so effectively that the trial judge angrily asked why the State had not charged the "victim" rather than my girl. Quite naturally, the jury acquitted, and my then-girlfriend went home to her family and resumed her career ... with a renewed faith in the justice system and the highest praises for the best lawyer in America. If you ever want to see a real-life "Matlock" or "Perry Mason" in action, sit in a courtroom on one of Brad's cases. He is truly amazing!
