Bob was great! Always - answered u questions - emails - phone calls - no matter what - no matter what time ! Very knowledgable and gets straight to the point ! Got me the best that there was to get ! And still remains helpful afterwards for a stituation that was extremely difficult for me '! Work comp laws are confusing and they way you are treated for something that was not your fault to begin with - is crazy and thank god there are lawyer like bob who are fighting for the whole - tryin to improve the system as well as fighting for his clients ! Thank you km
I was injured on the job and ultimately lost my career due to the injury . There was a similar incident that occurred to a friend of mine and I contacted him and he told me about Bob. I contacted and set up other consultants with other lawyers when I met with them I did not have a good feeling about them something just seemed off. I contacted Bob and set up an appointment and went and met him at his office and after talking to him for just a few minutes I knew I was going to hire him to represent me. I have dealt with lawyers throughout my career and to be honest didn't trust them. Bob is different he genuinely seemed to care about his clients and not how much he could make off them. It took about two years but we were able to settle with an amount that I could live with. If you are going through a work place injury don't be like me and think your employer will look after you like I did get a lawyer especially Bobby Bollinger because he will look after you and have your back. I have recommended two individual's to Bob already. Bob I want to thank you and your staff for all your hard work on my case.
Bobby Bollinger is a highly compentent, skilled, and ethical attorney with a knowledgeable staff. He answered my questions and e-mails in a timely manner. He is down to earth. I always felt like he cared about me and my case and worked for my best interest. He explained the laws of workers comp so I could make educated decisions about my case. I am grateful to have had a great attorney. If I ever need an attorney again, I will not hesitate to call Bobby Bollinger. I highly recommend him.

I was having some issues with my shoulder from a workplace incident. I had went to several different lawyers and they had all been telling me how quickly I could get a settlement and how much money I was worth, but that was not my goal. I knew after three shoulder surgeries I would never be able to work in the same kind of job again, so when I talked to Mr. Bollinger he was against the "quick money" if you will and had a plan for me. He had actually written a article that was published in the paper about how people were getting less money if they took the early settlement than if they worked with his plan. I was also being treated badly by the other side and Mr. Bollinger stopped that kind of foolishness with immediacy, and was always available whenever I needed him seven days a week. I was never about the money, I just wanted my job back but since that did not happen I was able to get a degree and am now working on an advanced degree so that I can hopefully not have to work in any field that will hurt my shoulder again.

If you're looking for someone to help you with Estate Planning, PLEASE at least call Bob and give him a shot at your business! It will be the best call you ever made!
I have never been more pleased with the help of an attorney in my life. I consider myself well educated and a successful businessman for the past 30 years. And with all the "knowledge" out on the internet, we think we know a whole lot more about things than we really truly know...and when it comes to Estate Planning, and protecting all you have worked so hard for all your life, not getting the right legal guidance and counsel can cost you....well, everything you've worked so hard for.
I took my 82 year old father with me to meet with Bob to update both our wills. Bob was so thorough and every time Bob would leave the room, my dad would say "he's so smart". I consider my Dad the wisest man I've ever known and God blessed me with him as a father, and for him to be so comfortable and complementary of Bob, spoke volumes to me.
My mom passed away years ago and my father remarried. My dad and I were blown away at the guidance Bob gave us, which was far beyond doing our wills/estate planning. He helped my dad with how his bank accounts are currently incorrectly set up, which will protect his assets. He also helped my dad understand the general statutes and how to avoid a dissent (contesting of his will - which would be very expensive) from his second wife as he wanted to make sure his children and grandchildren from their biological mother and he, would be kept intact, all the while making sure his current wife was taken care of. Lastly, his wife has a nephew with cerebral palsy. Bob gave my dad INVALUABLE advice as to how to guide his wife to make changes in her will so as to make sure she reconstructs it properly as to not having the child lose all his Social Security benefits and Medicaid! WOW.....WE HAD NO IDEA until we met with Bob.
Don't fool yourself that you are an expert in this field...if you do, you are literally banking all you have worked for, and most importantly, decisions that will forever impact the ones you love so very much. Get an experienced, knowledgeable and caring attorney.
With that, my dad and I Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for ALL you did for us Bob. You were truly a Godsend to us!

Just like many affected by a workers comp injury, I really had no idea where to start. I am a seasoned law enforcement officer and I always took pride in the fact that I was very knowledgeable when it came to the law and NC General statutes. I did as much research as I could and I pretty much had a pretty good idea of how the process should go. I knew more than the average person going in, yet I knew right off the bat that I needed a good, experienced attorney. I had the opportunity to speak with Bob after communicating with him some through an online forum. Bob spent almost two hours one night on the phone with me giving me an idea of how the process would go and he made sure I knew which forms needed to be completed. Even though I already had done a lot of leg work myself, I knew from the conversation that he was willing to go the extra mile and would be willing to fight for me. I lost my job due to my injury and it was devastating. I can honestly say that I would not have been able to keep my wits and stay focused on the details and be able to battle the WC alone. Bob was on the ball and headed off a potential catastrophe when the WC tried to screw me over and have my rating changed in order to cut off my checks. In the end I was satisfied with settlement. It wasn't all I wanted, but Bob helped me understand the good and bad of continuing my fight and was willing to fight it as far as necessary. I have dealt with attorneys my entire career and I feel I should tell anybody that is hiring a lawyer to realize how busy they are and not to set your expectations too high when it comes to communication and having your calls returned right away. Having said that, Bob gave me more time than I expected, especially when it was necessary and there were issues to address. I would recommend Bob in a heartbeat and I have actually referred three different people to his office during the process. Fighting a WC insurance company is a giant headache and even worse when dealing with the emotional strain of losing your job or having physical pain. Don't try itty yourself and do yourself a favor by calling Bob and discuss your case with him.

For the ones of use that felt like no-one cared,or has been in a situation where you explain yourself as best you know how,to the powers that be in the legal system arena called workman comp lawyers(only to be told over and over again why you couldn't win or shouldn't go any further)the sun has risen and the clouds have gone away.Enter,MR. Bob Bollinger.A very laid back gentleman that actually listened to every word i told him.He never questioned me in a negative manner, and made me feel like help was there and i had just FOUND it.Point is ,Bob took my case(from another lawyer, that spent all his time telling me how i could not win or should not even try)We went to court and Bob won my case, and i'am sure plenty before me,after watching him work. He's committed to you and was always straight up with me,not once ever saying anything about money until all was said and done.He is a fair and very competent lawyer at the top of his field.I have never once asked for his help that he did not come to my aid.Do yourself a favor, don't hire a room full of atta-boys,get someone like Mr. Bollinger to help you.YOU WON'T BE SORRY.He will fight for you

I would highly recommend Mr. Bollinger. Bobby and Janice helped me complete my case which had been ongoing since 1992. He is an excellent lawyer and keeps you informed and updated each step of the way. Mr. Bollinger exceeded all my expectations on the settlement of my case.
