I could not be more thankful to have Bob Bollinger as my attorney. Bobby Bollinger is a great man and the best Workers Compensation lawyer in the state of North Carolina. That's not just my opinion it's the opinion of all I have spoke with regarding Workers Compensation law. Bobby Bollinger has answered every question I have asked by phone or email within hours of my call or emails. Bobby Bollinger is always honest and very concerned about my case and has never pressured me into settling my Workers Compensation case and has always put my needs and concerns first. Mr. Bollinger is my lawyer and has worked hard to get me medical treatment that has been denied me. Before I even looked to hire a lawyer I found Bob Bollinger on the internet. Mr Bollinger came to me when I was at my wits end, no money coming in, and injured from an accident. I went to many lawyers askingn them to take my case and help me, when I found the website for free attorneys. Mr Bollinger answered my letter within the first 24 hours. He was there for me anytime I needed questioned asked and If he was unavailable he paralegal would help me out. He fought for what was rightfully mine and helped me get the proper medical attention that I needed. Without Mr. Bollinger I would have lost my home and everything I had worked so hard to get. Mr Bollinger and his staff are very professional and work hard for thier clients and are very detailed in the work the do for you. I wrote the title of this review before even glancing at the "Overall Rating" listings; I was surprised I had used the exact wording to describe Mr Bollinger as I was being asked to rate.
We found Bob Bollinger on an online chat forum after my husband suffered a work comp back injury. We had questions and Bob was kind enough to answer them briefly online and then more detailed during a series of phone conversations. We had spoken to a couple other attorneys and found none as helpful as Bobby. It was for this reason that we hired him to represent our best interests, even though he was located 2 hours from us.
We were not disappointed with this decision. From beginning to end, we felt we were well informed and represented. His office staff was just as courteous and helpful. If we ever have need of his services again, there would be no hesitation in calling him first.
