The best lawyer and highly recommended

John David Herrera is super nice and very helpful person. My workers comp case was stuck for a long time with another attorney but when I hired John everything was done super quick. I really appreciate his efforts

John Herrera is a God send

John Herrera represented me for 10 1/2 years. I worked for the CA State dept. of Parks and Recreation. I was crushed by a tractor while on the job and had to be flown into Stanford Hospital where I went through 6 major surgeries. The State threatened to fire me after only 3 months post injury. I then... contacted Mr. Herrera. He saved my life. He is the strongest man and attorney I have ever known. He spent 10 1/2 years working to get me the best deal he could, and he was amazing in his incessant desire to get me the fair settlement. Last month, after 10 1/2 years, he called me to tell me that, because of his never ending work and time in court talking to the various judges, he got me a lifetime income and a hug lump sum payment that will last me until the day I die. He is more than a Godsend. He works from sun up until late at night. He had called me many times at 10pm or 11pm to answer my questions and learn what was causing me horrible pain. I have never known or even heard of an attorney with his incessant work to help me. I do not believe that there is an attorney, anywhere on the face of this planet, that is as dedicated as John is. There is only a 5 star rating possible here; however, he deserves a 10 star rating because he is honest, caring, and a superman of sorts because he saved my life. He even sent me money when I was in a horrible hardship because the state stopped paying me a wage when I was in a wheelchair and paralyzed. He sent me money every time I told him I was in dire straights. This Attorney office of Mayen and Herrera is unbelievable. I had no idea that once I signed the papers to retain this attorney office, that they would dedicate their entire office, and unrelenting, to save my life and get me the fair settlement I deserved. So when I say that Mr. Herrera is a Godsend, there is absolutely no exaggeration in my statement. I believe that this man, and all of his staff, are the absolute best on this planet. If you need a dedicated, honest, and tireless attorney, you should contact Mr. Herrera, because anyone else would only suffice to be second best. He is, beyond anyone else, the best attorney anywhere, and I will be indebted to Mr. Herrera, for the rest of my life. There is, quite honestly, no one else, that even comes close to being as good as he is. He is 100% awesome, and he saved my life, quite literally. You could not do better than Mr. Herrera. He is absolutely the best attorney you could hope to have help you...the very best with absolutely no exaggeration.

An Excellent lawyer

First time in my life to talk to lawyers regarding a workers composition case, I am so glade I picked John Herrera to talk. He is very passionate, sympathetic and analytical. If you are looking for a lawyer, who is dedicated to your case for best of result, John definitely is your choice.

Hard working, diligent, knowledgeable

John was highly recommended to me by a close friend, who John successfully represented on a traumatic spine injury. My injury was a difficult medical case, and John and his partner spent a lot of time discussing the various strategies and possible outcomes at every step of my case. John finally set...tled my case, and I'm very happy with the results.

John Herrera

Mr. Herrera handled my worker's compensation claim. Having to deal with a difficult defense attorney, he was very diligent in moving the case to resolution. You felt the security that he had my best interests in securing the best settlement for me.
