Rude

Just hear to insult me. I'm a disabled combat medic with an honorable discharge from the US military, this guy got on here to harass me for asking if I have any right to sue the VA. I hope you lose your license you scumbag.

The individual who left this review is not my client and never has been my client. He has never “consulted” with me so he lied about that when he posted his “review.” He is just an angry individual who did not like the answer I posted to his question on the free Q&A forum here on AVVO. He has also sent me a couple of very nasty direct messages without giving his real name. He may have been a combat medic but he does not have the guts to sign his name to his remarks. So just ignore him and disregard this bogus “review.”

Disability claim

Bob gave me really good advice about applying for disability, I had given up hope on getting disability but after consulting with Bob he assured me that I had a good chance to win. Bob told me that if I was over 50 and hadn’t gone to college that I should file for disability. I did and received ...it on the first try.

Workers Compensation

Bob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to really listen to my issue and guided me on next steps for my case. All of my legal options were discussed. I would highly recommend this firm if you need workers compensation representation.

Integrity

Mr. Bollinger went above and beyond. The week prior to me contacting him, was one of the most difficult and stressful times for myself. Not knowing what was to come, once receiving a letter from an attorney representing the insurance company of my Worker’s Comp. Case. He literally spent an hour walki...ng me through what I was to expect, what would my options be and what he would be able to do for me. Although it wasn’t in his best interest on a business aspect, he was upfront and honest. And I left that conversation with a reassurance, that the previous three consultations I had, together didn’t provide. It may sound cheesy, but he really made me feel like I was talking to a family member. and that is something I will never forget, and their firm will be the first ones I contact, if ever needed again. I am truly grateful and appreciative of the time he took. It meant more to me, than he’ll ever imagine.
