Bigger is Not Better in This Case

I could not be happier with the result Mr. Palso brought to my case. I had to fire one of the big law firms and Dennis took over and guided me every step of the way. Don't buy into the marketing hype. Mr. Palso and his paralegal team will fight for your interests and will fiercely negotiate your case... as needed.

Best decision ever

When I needed a lawyer I turned to Google for help. A long list appeared, I first called some well-known names but felt like a number rather than a person. I focused in on reviews of others and found Dennis Palso and I'm so grateful because it turned out to be the best decision ever! During my free c...onsultation I realized he was an expert in the field of workers' compensation so I hired him that day. He's passionate about his work but also about the people he is representing. He explains every step of the process and you get paperwork so you can review it at anytime. You can call or email anytime, Michelle or Dennis will respond right away to answer all your questions. You will never sign paperwork from the other side until Dennis makes sure all your benefits and interests are taken care of, he doesn't stop fighting for you until it's over! Above and Beyond 5 Stars

I will never be able to express the gratitude that I have for Dennis Palso, and his right hand, MIchelle, for the care they took in taking the lead and guiding me through my workers compensation claims/settlement process. I was beyond worried and anxious about choosing an attorney because I’d never h...ad the occasion to retain one’s services. My workers compensation case was not only complicated from a legal standpoint, but it had taken a mental and emotional toll on me. I researched attorneys for weeks and I finally decided on Dennis, due to his credentials and reviews. From my initial meeting with Dennis, as well as with his office manager, Michelle, I felt immediately at ease. While in that first meeting, I think I exhaled for the first time in a couple of years. One of the main reasons that I chose Dennis is because he is in the less than 1% of Florida lawyers that are deemed experts in the Workers Compensation field. And throughout the entire process, he proved this to be true again and again. The special thing about Dennis is that although he has such a high level of expertise & legal knowledge in his field, he has the gift of being able to explain things to me in terms that I understood. It enabled me to feel like we were a team and that was something I didn’t expect regarding legal counsel. I think what was MOST important to me is that both he and Michele treated me like I was a human being, and truly understood that I was going through a very difficult time with this lawsuit. With Dennis, I NEVER felt like a number in a sea of many clients. (Many of my friends that had experience retaining various types of attorneys warned me that I may never actually speak to my attorney. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! Dennis proved that nothing could be further from the truth. I cannot accurately explain the care that was taken by Dennis (and Michelle) with my case. I truly felt like I was his only client, although I know that was far from the truth. The communication between us was ongoing. Answers to my questions were immediate. For all the times that I picked up the phone to call with a question or just to be reassured, there was an answer on the other end. Responses to emails were immediate. I never had to sit in my anxiety wondering when I’d be able to speak with him. It really was incredible. A bonus (and icing on the cake) was watching Dennis skill in the mediation process (in real time). He is an expert negotiator – both confident and down to earth. I know for sure that he had my best interest in mind and heart 100%. The end result is that he was able to settle my case for more than I ever thought possible. I would recommend Dennis Palso anyday, anytime to anyone. I will honestly never be able to thank him sufficiently for his services.
