Description: This case involved a dispute over the medical care my client needed for his injury. We filed a medical motion and won it. The Defendants appealed and we won the appeal at the Full Commission. Then the Defendants appealed to the Court of Appeals and we persuaded the Court to dismiss their appeal. The Defendants have to pay for my client's treatment.
