Jon Ryan Moore

He (and his assistant) held my hand through the whole process, they were patient enough to explain the steps in detail and helped me to articulate my pain and suffering. They think outside of the box and aggressively fought for me and my best interests. I can't thank them enough for their hard work a...nd their ability to make me feel like we were family and that my little problems were priority.

Jon was excellent to work with on my recent PI case. He always kept me up to date on anything that happened pertaining to my case. My 2.5 year old son fell in a storm drain in my parking spot at a local community center in which I was a member. He fell 12 feet and fortunately just sustained minor injuries but left us with medical bills and a very fearful child. The first time I spoke to Jon on the phone I cried the entire conver...sation. Mr. Moore did a great job in my situation. He answered any and every question I had in a layman's language, not legalize I would not follow. His call back response was excellent based on his time constraints and other client needs. I was able to just " drop in " without an appointment for a few brief... words. The entire staff I encountered were exceptional. I was kept informed every step of the way on the process and was part of the process, not just a bystander. Jon listened to my concerns and explained each one to my satisfaction. My only disappointment was the amount of settlement received for loss of body parts. This was due to NC Workers Comp Law and Industrial Commission regulations, and does not reflect on Mr. Moore's ability. After my case settled, Mr. Moore's paralegal filed my disability claim with Social Security at no charge which was not part of the scope of representation. Hopefully I have no need in the future for Jon Moore's services, but will return if I need representation. In short I highly recommend Brown and Moore for any legal need you may have that they cover.
