Description: Client charged with driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol and combined influence law. Successfully had drugs and combined influence charges dismissed on pre-trial motion. At trial, client found not guilty of driving while intoxicated (alcohol) as I was able to convince jury that client's medical issues created reasonable doubt as to whether officers observed intoxication by alcohol.
