I contacted Mr. Antoniello when my department at work was eliminated. I had no grievances against the company, but we did disagree on the amount of severance I was due, and so I wanted to determine if there were ways I could negotiate for more severance. I also thought it would be a good idea to con...tact an employment attorney before signing my severance agreement. I'm so glad I did, and I'm so glad I chose Mr. Antoniello. My employer did determine it had made a mistake with my severance and corrected it; but Mr. Antoniello found several mistakes in my severance agreement. Nothing that changed the outcome, but silly mistakes, like referring to sections in the agreement that didn't exist. Have to admit, it was kind of a pleasure to point that out to them. Even though it turned out that I didn't need Mr. Antoniello to press my employer about severance, I'm really glad I hired him.
