I have known Eric since 2001 when we both practiced law in the corporate restructuring group of Sidley Austin. Hands down, Eric is one of the best & most knowledgable attorneys I know. He has a wide range of experience in corporate transactions, bankruptcy, distressed asset sales & purchases, contract law, business formation, just to name a few. He not only knows the law, he also understands the practical needs of his business clients and combines both to find effective & valuable solutions for his clients' legal & corporate matters. Last but not least, Eric practices law with the utmost integrity. He is a trusted advisor.
