10 out of 10! He gets the job done!

Vincent Antoniello was extremely helpful, present, non judgmental, understanding, and professional. I would recommend his law services to a close family member or friend as I was very satisfied with my settlement, which settled beyond expectations. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion! Thank you Vincen...t for all your hard work and belief in me.

Professional, Diligent and Thoughtful - I was lucky to have his representation.

I had consulted with three other lawyers before speaking with Vincent, and while all of them were willing to take my case, choosing Vince was an easy decision. Even though my case did not involve a large retainer, Vince always made me feel like my case was a priority and he never treated it otherwise..., even when he went on a planned vacation. Throughout the process, he was proactive, transparent, thoughtful, and responsive. Employment law cases can be quite stressful, but having Vince in my corner made such a significant difference. He is an expert in his field, and his steady support provided me with much needed peace of mind and ultimately led to an excellent outcome without any acrimony involved in the negotiations. I highly recommend Vince for anyone in need of an employment lawyer who is not only expert in his craft but also incredibly decent, thoughtful, and empathetic.

Wonderful and professional

I contacted Mr. Antoniello when my department at work was eliminated. I had no grievances against the company, but we did disagree on the amount of severance I was due, and so I wanted to determine if there were ways I could negotiate for more severance. I also thought it would be a good idea to con...tact an employment attorney before signing my severance agreement. I'm so glad I did, and I'm so glad I chose Mr. Antoniello. My employer did determine it had made a mistake with my severance and corrected it; but Mr. Antoniello found several mistakes in my severance agreement. Nothing that changed the outcome, but silly mistakes, like referring to sections in the agreement that didn't exist. Have to admit, it was kind of a pleasure to point that out to them. Even though it turned out that I didn't need Mr. Antoniello to press my employer about severance, I'm really glad I hired him. I feel so much more confident and relaxed about signing the severance agreement. I would have wondered for the rest of my life if I'd done the right thing. I understood all the elements of the agreement, but he gave me greater insights and deeper perspective about what the contents meant. And, a broader view of what the severance /termination process is all about. Throughout, his staff was very efficient and friendly, and Mr. Antoniello provided the most professional and expert advice possible. He was very cordial and warm, and took the time to listen to my questions and give me full answers, in plain language. In other words, he's a real human being, easy to talk to. I could not recommend him more highly. If you can afford to consult with an employment attorney (his rates seemed very reasonable to me), I highly recommend it, and Mr. Antoniello. You'll be glad you did.

I am safe now, thanks to him

I might liken myself to a ship in distress, firing out an SOS, when Vincent answered the call and organized the rescue. But his arrival was not a random event. My story was long underway, It had come to a stage of certain distress (I had lost my job). And I had done considerable research before reach...ing out to his firm. By the time of our first conversation, Vincent ranked high on a very short list of counsel that made sense to me. He has about twenty years of specialized practice in employment law, including some years in practice as an employers’ representative, and that (I gathered correctly) was a tactical advantage now that he is dedicated exclusively to employee representation. Furthermore, his blog @ https://www.thenjemploymentlawfirmblog.com/ combines really clear legal thinking and writing with dedicated currency. It’s probably the best employment law blog in New Jersey. Teachers and academics (along with their union representatives) will be most impressed with my own experience as a fully satisfied client. I recommend Vincent’s all-around professional development, demeanor, and practice. Upon entering the attorney-client bond, he inspired me immediately toward resilience and then, when my details were in place, he inspired my complete trust in managing the cause. He was so good in every category that mattered, I could rise every day knowing that Vincent was “on it.” That faith was well placed. Vincent proved to be a masterful negotiator and communicator. I am safe now, thanks to him.
