"Ms. Susan,
I wanted to express my gratitude for your efforts and dedication for my case. It was quite a long and upsetting process but you were very generous regarding it.
I am grateful to you that you took all the stress and restored everything out for me. Your faith, knowledge and determination were something that solves my worries. Thank you."
"SUSAN THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!! We won the appeal! I could not have done it without your help. Ms._____'s written decision was almost like being at the hearing again? verbatim . I believe she had her mind made up before we left the hearing. I am well pleased, once again, with the outcome. I am seriously looking into becoming a paralegal. Who knows where that may take me :)"
"BLESS YOU! BLESS YOU! BLESS YOU....!"
"God bless!"
"Thank you, Ms. Susan, I couldn't have done it without ya"
"Your quick read on the matters we discussed has been a great comfort to me!"
" Received the decision yesterday - a resounding finding in our favor. I wanted to thank you for your help, especially since it was done without pay. I very much appreciate your care and concern - I couldn't have done it without you."

"Thanks so much. I received a letter in the mail yesterday. I truly appreciate all that you have done. This wouldn't have been possible without your help. Now I'm able to breathe. Once again thank you. God bless."
"I did receive a decision. We won. Thank you so much. Im in disbelief. I feel like I can breath and do my new job to the fullest. I may call you just to say this in person."
"Thank you so much for your time and for caring and not just treating me like another case. Thank you for the information I appreciate it!"
" While I have not yet received a letter, my insomnia had its bright side this evening (it’s now nearly 3 am). I was monitoring my checking account and joyfully noticed a $ VEC deposit, which I guess means they have approved my benefits, right? Whew! I think I will be able to go to sleep now."
" Thank you so much Susan. I really appreciate all your help and patience."
"I just wanted to thank you so much for all of your efforts in representing me in this case. Although I could't have dreamed up a nightmare of these sorts (in the past year), it is still very encouraging to have persons such as yourself that volunteer their time and expertise in cases such as mine. It is people such as you that help to renew my believe in the human spirit.
Regardless of the outcome, I wanted to take the time right now to say thank you very much.."
"This is AMAZING news! Could not have done it without you! I really appreciate all your help."
"Thank you so much!!! I know it would not have happened without you!!!"
