Mr. Hoen is the owner of Hampton Injury Law PLC. Following military service, he attended Roanoke College and went to law school at the University of Richmond. He then served as Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals of Virginia. He has been a trial lawyer throughout his career, specializing in injury cases - including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises and product liability, dog bites, and worker’s compensation, among others.
Mr. Hoen is licensed to practice in all state courts of the Commonwealth and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Wonderful Lawyer
I have used Mr. Hoen's services on two occasions, and on both occasions his services were superb! He was able anytime I needed, and always eager to answer any questions I had. He also was very compassionate towards my situation, and always made sure I was doing well before/after my case.
