Thomas "Tom" Caldwell

My family is so grateful for Mr. Caldwell! He worked relentlessly for us to get the ruling to allow my sons and my husband’s sons to be able to attend the same school. I had made the mistake of agreeing to an illogical geographic restriction when I went through my divorce. Tom not only got us the rul...ing we were praying for, but so much more! Today was our 5 boys first day of school all together at the same Elementary school! Such a great day! My husband and I thank Tom from the bottom of our hearts!

I contacted on 10/10/2019 leaving a message with information and details; and followed up 10/14 leaving a VM. The office returned my call later on 10/14. We scheduled an appointment for 10/17/2019 at 2:30pm. On my way to the appointment Mr Caldwell's assistant called to cancel at 12:56pm. Even though... in route I took this in stride as a Lawyer with such great reviews (I had seen the ones here) was certainly busy. On this same call the assistant said that she would get with Mr. Caldwell, reschedule my appointment and call me back. This is my reason for two star review here - No one from Mr. Caldwell's office called me back to reschedule. I was grateful to find what I though would be an excellent lawyer for an initial consultation at no charge. This experience is a disappointing one. Based on this experience I cannot recommend Attorney Thomas Caldwell. I think that if his office followed through - I almost certainly could have.

I’m so grateful for everything Tom did for my divorce! Considering this was my first time hiring a lawyer, I didn’t know what to do or who to hire. Luckily I found Tom who was easy to get along with and easy to talk to. Going through a divorce is really stressful, but Tom always put me at ease anytim...e I called him panicking about something. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do I will choose Tom everytime.

Tom Caldwell is the only choice for me whenever it comes to legal matters. I have utilized Mr. Caldwell's services on three separate occasions and I have been more than happy with his professionalism and his knowledge of the law. He takes the time to really get to know his clients and their concerns.... His genuine warmth and kindness make it near impossible not to become his friend.

As an elderly woman who lives alone, I have come to depend on his expertise and truly value his friendship. He has assisted me with a tax problem, evicting a renter, and various legal documents. ...He is a man of honor whom I recommend highly.
