Great lawyer

Helped me to beat a criminal case where I was accused of committing family violence and other things. It was a very difficult situation but Tom was always there to support me and he got it done just as he tokd me he would when I hired him. We went to a trial and the jury found me NOT GUILTY of all ch...arges. I would recommend him highly.

Saved my tail!!

Tom represented me on a ridiculous charge and got my case dismissed. He was very professional, supportive and kept me very well informed. Although the justice system can be quite slow, he moved my case along as fast as possible and was very friendly, yet assertive the whole way. Hopefully, we neve...r need his legal services again, but I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Court Appointed Defender

Tom was appointed our lawyer for defense in a DUI case for my grandaughter. He worked with us to get the best results possible. After a few months he was able to get the judge and DA to agree to Probation. We are =very pleased with the results.

MY LAWYER TOMMY CALDWELL LIFE SAVER

I HIRED THOMAS AS MY ATTORNEY FOR SOME TROUBLE I GOT IN WITH THE LAW AS YOU MAY WELL GUESS. FROM THE SECOND I CALLED TOMMY TO TALK ABOUT MY CASE HE SET UP AND APPOINTMENT AT HIS OFFICE TO GO OVER ALL THE DETAILS. HE LISTENED AND DID NOT TALK TILL I WAS DONE GOING EVERYTHING ABOUT MY INCIDENT. FROM TH...ERE HE GAVE ME BRIEF ADVICE ON WHAT WOULD BE MY BEST COURSE OF ACTION TO GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP. TOMMY NEVER MENTIONED COST UNTIL HE SPENT ABOUT THREE HOURS WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN A MANNER I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOMMY FOR ANY TYPE OF LEGAL MATTER. THANKS EDDIE

Miracle worker

Mr Caldwell was always available for my questions and made sure that I felt secure in using him as my lawyer. He got my felony charges dismissed when I was told by other attorneys that it was not possible. Hopefully I will not need his services again but I will not hesitate to use him again.
