Court Appointed Defender

Tom was appointed our lawyer for defense in a DUI case for my grandaughter. He worked with us to get the best results possible. After a few months he was able to get the judge and DA to agree to Probation. We are =very pleased with the results.

Excellent Advice in Preparing for Misconduct Investigation

I contacted Mr. Thomas Caldwell in response to an investigation prompted by alleged misconduct when deployed as a civilian overseas. The events in question were minor at best, but had been blown out of all proportion by the “powers that be” in theatre. Needless to say, I had every interest to minim...ize the impact of these allegations on my career, and wanted professional legal advice on how to best deal with the investigation coming my way. I am very happy that I contacted Mr. Caldwell. He agreed to meet at very short notice. Upon meeting and learning the details of the situation, Mr. Caldwell offered clear, prudent, and level-headed advice that prepared me in the best possible way for what was to come. Moreover, Mr. Caldwell employed his network of legal colleagues to get expert second-opinions to buttress and refine the advice he gave to me. My time with Mr. Caldwell aided me immensely in handling the investigation, allowing the situation to revert to the minor issue that it indeed was, and furthermore guided me from making any foolish mistakes that could have made the situation even worse. In sum, I am very glad that I contacted and met with Mr. Caldwell to prepare me for what could have been a very uncomfortable investigation with serious consequences.

MY LAWYER TOMMY CALDWELL LIFE SAVER

I HIRED THOMAS AS MY ATTORNEY FOR SOME TROUBLE I GOT IN WITH THE LAW AS YOU MAY WELL GUESS. FROM THE SECOND I CALLED TOMMY TO TALK ABOUT MY CASE HE SET UP AND APPOINTMENT AT HIS OFFICE TO GO OVER ALL THE DETAILS. HE LISTENED AND DID NOT TALK TILL I WAS DONE GOING EVERYTHING ABOUT MY INCIDENT. FROM TH...ERE HE GAVE ME BRIEF ADVICE ON WHAT WOULD BE MY BEST COURSE OF ACTION TO GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP. TOMMY NEVER MENTIONED COST UNTIL HE SPENT ABOUT THREE HOURS WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN A MANNER I COULD UNDERSTAND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOMMY FOR ANY TYPE OF LEGAL MATTER. THANKS EDDIE

General Business Help

Tom helped me create a functioning business contract to use with customers and explained it in everyday terms so that even I could understand. He also explained to me my rights when leasing or buying property for a startup business.

Great New Attorney

Mr Caldwell, though very young, seems like the kind of attorney that brings a vast amount of life experience to his work. I was surprised to learn about his Military and Fire fighting careers not to mention him working for the sheriff's department. This guy has done it all!
