Highly Recommend!!

My family is so grateful for Mr. Caldwell! He worked relentlessly for us to get the ruling to allow my sons and my husband’s sons to be able to attend the same school. I had made the mistake of agreeing to an illogical geographic restriction when I went through my divorce. Tom not only got us the rul...ing we were praying for, but so much more! Today was our 5 boys first day of school all together at the same Elementary school! Such a great day! My husband and I thank Tom from the bottom of our hearts!

More than attorney, a true friend.

Tom's generous service to me through several minor and not so minor situations has been beyond value. As an elderly woman who lives alone, I have come to depend on his expertise and truly value his friendship. He has assisted me with a tax problem, evicting a renter, and various legal documents. ...He is a man of honor whom I recommend highly.

Helped greatly in a difficult time

Mr. Caldwell assisted my family with the probate of my husbands estate. Very knowledgable and available to answer my questions. Very patient as well. What I thought was going to be difficult was made simple by Mr. Caldwell. After he completed my husbands estate, I had him update my will and other end... of life documents. He is a good attorney. Would highly recommend.

The BEST part of my Divorce!

Tom was the best part of my divorce! I couldn't have been referred to a better lawyer. He is a man of his word, does what he says and was overall wonderful to work with at such a devistating time in my life.

General Business Help

Tom helped me create a functioning business contract to use with customers and explained it in everyday terms so that even I could understand. He also explained to me my rights when leasing or buying property for a startup business.
