Biography
My wife, Kristen Lincoln, also a lawyer, is holding down the legal fort, so to speak until I return to private practice this summer after a recall to active duty (I have 16 years of experience in the US Nav, 8 in the JAG Corps). My full resume and publications is available on our firm website.

We have our roots in Unmanned Aerial Systems, Military Law, and Contracts. We chose the “.io” web address because we are a start-up geared toward tech startups who cannot afford $500+/hr open-ended rates but value legal advice from attorneys who can process and preserve large amounts of data. We have successfully handled some of the most data-driven cases in the country.
In the tech world, “IO” is shorthand for input/output. We do the same – we take or client’s issues (“input“), analyze sometimes daunting factual data in order to provide prompt legal advice (“output“).
We also seek to help individuals with legal issues across the spectrum and have a broad array of experience so do not hesitate to contact us.
