Never again

They had me paid $500 for Two hours consultation. The biggest mistake i ever had in my life. After the two hours of professional consultation as they called, They advised me to not apply for my Green Card for at least two years because of my record which is so not true. Because I have hired a differe...nt lawyer after two years of waisted and he told me that you could have applied for your Green card two years ago with no problem. I am really disappointed at you and your professional lier.

I am not sure you're talking about me. I work alone, thus there is no 'they' in my office. Please have your new lawyer contact me, or you can call me. That way, if you consulted with me, I can pull your file. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: Your new lawyer never contacted me. Please retract your negative comment, or have your lawyer call me.

Saved me thousands of dollars and rescued my Christmas

I was stuck with some confusing visa problems and had reached out to everyone including consulates and lawyers I’d worked with in the past and no one was able to give me advice or point me in the right direction. I had travel plans to go overseas to visit my dad who’s fighting cancer and thought I’d ...have to cancel my trip because my paperwork was out of order. In literally a few minutes F. J. Capriotti was able to set the situation straight and tell me what I needed to do. He literally saved my Christmas and saved me thousands of dollars which were about to go down the drain. I can’t reccommed him more highly. He was such an expert and knew exactly what was needed and suggested back up plans too which was helpful. I am so so thankful.

Super Excellent Immigration Lawyer!!!

Franco Capriotti Before I start, I would like to mention that I never review any one in my WHOLE LIFE, but this man work force me to write about him ,he is having GREAT knowledge and great communication .He definitely made an stressful process much easier and save a lot I mean a lot of time and mone...y . The most detailed lawyer

Well guys im not going to lie!! I had so many lawyers they made me confused, they rushed about my case, gave me no proper answers, took my money nd dissapaired. Mister Capriotti, even though it was only a consultation, he was the only one which go into details regarding my case! He made me clear in... any sentence i used in my application to USCIS and open my brain to see me childish mistakes! I definetly recommend Mister Capriotti, which i assume he is also Italian. No doubt about his services!

Appeal to BIA

Good Guy , Hindsight is 20/20, Franco failed to ,in advance ,address in his brief ,arguments that DHS came up with in their rebuttal. He lost the case , It cost me $5000.00 in advance , and Franco had no interest in appealing the BIA decision with me, promptly cutting off any further communic...ation ! I thought he did a fairly good job with his brief ,yet he was not able to anticipate or counter the DHS arguments in advance as his brief was filed before DHS . He did however give me a referral to a 9th circuit Attorney . After the BIA decision ,I got an email from him , with an attachment of the ruling , never to hear from or see Franco again .

This is the first I've heard about this very old case. It would have been courteous for you to notify me before placing a blasting comment on Avvo. Most experienced immigration attorneys agree that a different attorney should file the Petition for Review ... to get a 'fresh' review of the case. Perhaps coming up with a different approach. That's why I referred you to one of the top Federal Court of Appeals attorney in the area. The 9th Circuit is fairly liberal & frequently to overturn the BIA ... which has a 90%+ track record of upholding the Immigration Judge. This doesn't mean that the BIA brief was defective, the case didn't have much chance of success from the beginning ... which I told you when we first met. None-the-less, you insisted and I filed the best arguments I could come up with. I even consulted with several other attorneys and they agreed that my approach was the best that could be taken. I have not been given the opportunity to see the 9th Circuit Decision, thus, I have no idea as to whether or not this person is still going to be deported. Nor have I been informed of what legal arguments that DHS raised which you don't believe I addressed. Why not afford me the courtesy of e-mailing me a copy of the decision & Petition for Review?
