He represents landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing arrangements, including turnkey, office, retail, warehouse and industrial projects. Luke’s corporate practice covers the entire lifespan of a company from entity formation, through operation and management, and sale, merger or other disposition. Luke also works closely with the firm’s intellectual property group assisting companies with intellectual property matters, including licensing, and purchase and sale agreements as well as drafting website terms and conditions, and privacy policies.
