This is the third time that I work with Chirag Patel in relation to the buying and selling of property in New Jersey. Needless to say, I have been very pleased with his professionality. All business run smoothly and he was always responsive if I had any questions or doubts. Mr Patel was exceptional. I had a very difficult mortgage process which delayed and extended closing an exceptional length of time, through which, Mr Patel was at attentive to my every question and request. Not only was he exceptional in every way, after substantially more hours and documen...tation than a traditional real estate closing, Mr Patel insisted on charging me ONLY the agreed upon retainer fee. I certainly would have expected, and paid substantially more, for the quality and quantity or service provided. Highly recommended !!!!!!
