Someone else bought the house for which we had a contract, but he was the last one to find out. Mr. Patel never even learned our n...ames; a name as simple as Charles was misspelled in the contract. His secretary--he was always "on the other line"--seemed bored and borderline rude. He never seemed to remember where the property we were planning to buy was located. I have no idea what he discussed with the seller's attorney, because when I had a question, he told me he would get back to me, and he never did. I am convinced that with a slightly better lawyer, we would have been able to buy the property.
