We recently sold our home using Chirag as our lawyer. Everyone in his office was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Selling a house is never easy but Mr. Patel and his associates were there every step of the way. Whenever we had a question, they were easy to access via email or phone. Th...ey had to do more than the usual for the home sale and they did everything that needed, letting us know what was going on at all times. I really can't say enough about them. Selling a home is stressful but they were right there for every question. They anticipating problems and were extremely good at communicating. I'd highly, highly recommend them.

This is the third time that I work with Chirag Patel in relation to the buying and selling of property in New Jersey. Needless to say, I have been very pleased with his professionality. Chirag helped us with both the sale transaction of our existing condo unit and the purchase transaction of the new condo unit in Hudson County, NJ. Chirag was responsive, personable, and very thorough in his review of the contract documents. Whenever there was a potential issue, Chirag made sure to... advise in advance so that there would not be any surprises later. There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Chirag and his team and we highly recommend him for real estate transactions.

Chirag was recommended to us by our selling attorney who was unable to handle our purchase due to scheduling conflict. He put us at ease with an initial phone call, and it was nothing but clear communication from that point on. Chirag was on point for each step of the process, guided us through som...e twists and turns that surely were part of most real estate transactions but were absolutely new to us and never seem frazzled even though we would call him in a panic. The excellent standard of service extends as well to Diana who works with Chirag as she's also had to field a number of calls from us and talk us off the ledge a few times. Even with our slightly more complicated situation of buying/selling at the same time, and coordinating between two attorneys, everything went as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who's buying/selling in any complicated or simple real estate transaction. "He'll call you back as soon as he becomes available," his secretary told me. Two days later, he went on vacation, without having called back. We were in attorney review. Someone else bought the house for which we had a contract, but he was the last one to find out. Mr. Patel never even learned our n...ames; a name as simple as Charles was misspelled in the contract. His secretary--he was always "on the other line"--seemed bored and borderline rude. He never seemed to remember where the property we were planning to buy was located. I have no idea what he discussed with the seller's attorney, because when I had a question, he told me he would get back to me, and he never did. I am convinced that with a slightly better lawyer, we would have been able to buy the property.
