Chirag N Patel

We used Chirag to purchase our apartment as per a recommendation from a realtor friend. Chirag was a huge disappointment as he had a great relationship with the building's coop board lawyer and it was clearly apparent his priority wasn't advocating for what we needed and asked, but rather to keep hi...s relationship intact and positive with the building as he would likely have much more business with them in the future. He rolled over for all of their asks and his attention to our needs were pathetically down played. I would NEVER use him again or recommend him.

"He'll call you back as soon as he becomes available," his secretary told me. Two days later, he went on vacation, without having called back. We were in attorney review. Someone else bought the house for which we had a contract, but he was the last one to find out. Mr. Patel never even learned our n...ames; a name as simple as Charles was misspelled in the contract. His secretary--he was always "on the other line"--seemed bored and borderline rude. He never seemed to remember where the property we were planning to buy was located. I have no idea what he discussed with the seller's attorney, because when I had a question, he told me he would get back to me, and he never did. I am convinced that with a slightly better lawyer, we would have been able to buy the property.
