I hired Ms. Tulipan some time ago. She seems to be very knowledgeable. However, once she moved from North Bergen to her new office located in West new York - she has lost her touch. Her staff (who used to be the only people I communicated with) changed - became rude and unknowledgeable. they nev...er know anything and Ms. Tulipan is never available and seems lost when we speak now. Her prices are outrageous. For the amount of money I pay, I would think I can at least speak to someone who knows what they are doing.
