Chirag N Patel

We used Chirag to purchase our apartment as per a recommendation from a realtor friend. Chirag was a huge disappointment as he had a great relationship with the building's coop board lawyer and it was clearly apparent his priority wasn't advocating for what we needed and asked, but rather to keep hi...s relationship intact and positive with the building as he would likely have much more business with them in the future. He rolled over for all of their asks and his attention to our needs were pathetically down played. I would NEVER use him again or recommend him.

We have used Chirag to buy our first home in New Jersey and then sell it again 3 years later. My opinion is that he is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is friendly, fast, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm convinced that every step of the real estate transaction was made easier (and completed ...more quickly) because of Chirag and given the opportunity I would use him again or recommend him to a friend.

We recently sold our home using Chirag as our lawyer. Everyone in his office was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Selling a house is never easy but Mr. Patel and his associates were there every step of the way. Whenever we had a question, they were easy to access via email or phone. Th...ey had to do more than the usual for the home sale and they did everything that needed, letting us know what was going on at all times. I really can't say enough about them. Selling a home is stressful but they were right there for every question. They anticipating problems and were extremely good at communicating. I'd highly, highly recommend them.

Mr. Chirag helped us to close on the place that we were selling. If you are looking for someone who is professional and who will respond to your email or phone call ASAP you don’t need to look for anyone else. When things weren’t going right he would take extra time to provide explanation and the mos...t importantly he would find a solution to resolve the situation. His dedication and hard work made our process much easier.
