I was really pleased with the assistance and advice provided by Chirag Patel. I needed someone who could work with my elderly mother and myself as she moved from the home she lived in for 60 years into a retirement community condominium. Chirag was available for all of our questions, concerns, and is...sues. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, above-board, and most importantly, compassionate to my mother's special needs. I asked a lot of questions (I'm a bit of a pain!) but Chirag answered each one quickly and competently. He negotiated issues related to my mother's new condo purchase and helped us through every step.
