We recently sold our condo of 9 years along the waterfront in NJ to move into a brand new building just down the street. Since this was our first time selling property, we weren't sure what to expect and were quite nervous about the closing since we had already committed to what would be our new hom...e. Our real estate agent suggested Chirag since he had used him in prior transactions within our building without any issue. I have heard many horror stories in regards to closings, however ours went smoothly without a hitch. Chirag made everything very simple, breaking down everything in detail and promptly replying to all of our questions and requests. Not only was he located nearby making it very easy to meet (just once) to sign some documents, he truly knew the ins and outs of our building and on multiple occasions did not even need us to provide him with certain provisions in regards to our old building because he had already dealt with them previously. We did not even need to show up for the closing, which Chirag handled on our behalf with permission since we did not want to waste a day off to do so. I would highly recommend Chirag if you are in search of an attorney to help you in your closing. I cannot emphasize enough the luxury of not having to worry about certain documents being signed and monies being wired when you are dealing with movers, your new home, and everything else that comes along with a major decision such as a move.
