Rodriguez a Default Judgement was awarded to M.C. Earle falsely stating I was a failur...e to appear. My name is the appearances section of Minute order from May the 9th, 2022 case #22WCUD00143 and I have sworn declarations from M.C. Earle Stating I appeared on time remotely via Microsoft Teams Video which I did and sworn declarations from M.C. Earle #188290 that I was a failure to appear. This Erroneous Default Judgement was awarded at a sanctions hearing on May 9th, 2022 depriving me of my right to a Bench and or a Jury Trial.
