On May 9th, 2022 Michael C. Earle Bring 49 pictures and video of me not using my crutches into an Unlawful Detainer Hearing in West Covina Los Angeles Superior Court Dept 2 and with the help of Commissioner Jose A. Rodriguez a Default Judgement was awarded to M.C. Earle falsely stating I was a failur...e to appear. My name is the appearances section of Minute order from May the 9th, 2022 case #22WCUD00143 and I have sworn declarations from M.C. Earle Stating I appeared on time remotely via Microsoft Teams Video which I did and sworn declarations from M.C. Earle #188290 that I was a failure to appear. This Erroneous Default Judgement was awarded at a sanctions hearing on May 9th, 2022 depriving me of my right to a Bench and or a Jury Trial. See you in the Appellate Court where I am sure Moral Turpitude will lead to your disbarment. I pray Hon Patricia Guerrero make an example of you. M.C. Earle was hired by my former Landlord Positive Investments of Arcadia and filed Unlawful Detainer Feb 8th 2022 an hour after I filed a complaint with The Los Angeles Dept of Public Health for Failure to make timely repairs at 333 N. Rockvale Ave Azusa CA 91702 =1942.5 aka Retaliation Eviction

I hired Michael Earle for two eviction cases where the tenants would not move and fought the process all the way to trial. Because these properties were part of my mom’s estate and were part of a probate it made even more difficult. Michael Earle won both cases and got possession of the properties ba...ck for me and also got me a judgment for all the back rent that was owed (7 months) . He is very smart and talented in the courtroom and gets results. If you need an eviction attorney and you want your property back hire Michael Earle and his prices are a lot less than other attorneys I consulted with ( 4 ) before I hired him. On a 1 to 10 scale he is definitely a 10 and I could not be more happy with the results he got for me.

Did not have me served properly. In fact, I wasn't served Eviction papers until they had already gone to court and got the Writ and Went to the Sherriffs office to have me locked out. So I knew nothing about it and I didn't have the chance to file an Answer with the court. I'm a 62 yr old woman Disab...led. Now I'm Homeless. This lawyer is Dishonest.
