Michael C Earle

As a federal prosecuter for almost 20 years I have never written a review of a defense attorney. I recently tried a major drug case with Mr. Earle. I contacted several DA's and US Attorneys who have conducted jury trials with Mr. Earle. All of them said he was a great trial lawyer and I better be ...prepared for his closing argument. Knowing this, and the strong case I had against his client, I thought I was as prepared as I needed to be. Mr. Earle's cross examination of our witnesses was impressive. His knowlege and preparation was obvious. The case came down to the closing arguement, in my opinion. Mr. Earle certainly lived up to his reputation as "the best closer in the business". Several attorneys came in to watch his closing argument. His close was outstanding and by far the best closing arument I have seen in my 20 years in this profession. He really is the "best closer in the business" and I would highly recommend him if you are ever arrested. How he walked his client in our case is still a mystery to me, but he did it. He really is the best of the best.

I am a repeat customer of Mr. Earle. Mr. Earle got me a Not Guilty verdict on all 8 of my drug sales counts 2 years ago. I was arrested again and charged in Federal Court. My co-defendant had a lawyer that blamed everything on me. Not only did Mr. Earle have to fight the U.S. Attorney, but he had... to fight my co-defendants attorney. His closing argument was awsome. Othe lawyers from the courthouse came to watch him, he really is that good. I can tell you he did not disappoint! The jury hung on my case 6 to 6. The U.S. Attorney dropped the case against me. I know he did not want to face Mr. Earle again. I would love to come watch him again, as long as I am not the client. He is an AWSOME trial lawyer and a good guy.
