On May 9th, 2022 Michael C. Earle Bring 49 pictures and video of me not using my crutches into an Unlawful Detainer Hearing in West Covina Los Angeles Superior Court Dept 2 and with the help of Commissioner Jose A. Rodriguez a Default Judgement was awarded to M.C. Earle falsely stating I was a failur...e to appear. My name is the appearances section of Minute order from May the 9th, 2022 case #22WCUD00143 and I have sworn declarations from M.C. Earle Stating I appeared on time remotely via Microsoft Teams Video which I did and sworn declarations from M.C. Earle #188290 that I was a failure to appear. This Erroneous Default Judgement was awarded at a sanctions hearing on May 9th, 2022 depriving me of my right to a Bench and or a Jury Trial. See you in the Appellate Court where I am sure Moral Turpitude will lead to your disbarment. I pray Hon Patricia Guerrero make an example of you. M.C. Earle was hired by my former Landlord Positive Investments of Arcadia and filed Unlawful Detainer Feb 8th 2022 an hour after I filed a complaint with The Los Angeles Dept of Public Health for Failure to make timely repairs at 333 N. Rockvale Ave Azusa CA 91702 =1942.5 aka Retaliation Eviction

I hired Michael Earle for two eviction cases where the tenants would not move and fought the process all the way to trial. Because these properties were part of my mom’s estate and were part of a probate it made even more difficult. Michael Earle won both cases and got possession of the properties ba...ck for me and also got me a judgment for all the back rent that was owed (7 months) . He is very smart and talented in the courtroom and gets results. Mr. Earle handled an eviction case for a property my parents own and I manage. The tenants played every game in the book with us, so we hired Mr. Earle to take over the eviction process for us. He had our tenants in court in two weeks, destroyed their credibility in court and explained to the jud...ge how our tenants story was filled with holes and lies. His courtroom demeanor was outstanding and his knowledge of eviction law was top notch. We won our case and our tenant was out in two weeks. Mr. Earle was the reason for this. I was referred to Mr Earle on the recommendation of a friend. The reason was for a case against my son who was a juvenile (17) at the time of his arrest on suspicion of possession and sales. I dont know if Mr Earle regularly takes juveniles on his caseload but he is every bit as good dealing with t...he juvenile court system as he is with the adults. My son's case was much less technical than the others being reviewed on this site, but that did not change Mr Earle's attitude or work ethic. He was ALWAYS extremely professional and courteous. He ALWAYS treated and spoke to my son in a professional and respectful tone. When it was all done....he got my son a few hours of community service as his sentence, (Which my son completely deserved). God forbid anyone in my family would get into a predicament but if we did or if anyone asked me for a recommendation, Mr. Mike Earle would be our man, without any hesitation whatsoever! He is the man!!!

As a federal prosecuter for almost 20 years I have never written a review of a defense attorney. I recently tried a major drug case with Mr. Earle. I contacted several DA's and US Attorneys who have conducted jury trials with Mr. Earle. All of them said he was a great trial lawyer and I better be ...prepared for his closing argument. Knowing this, and the strong case I had against his client, I thought I was as prepared as I needed to be. Mr. Earle's cross examination of our witnesses was impressive. His knowlege and preparation was obvious. The case came down to the closing arguement, in my opinion. Mr. Earle certainly lived up to his reputation as "the best closer in the business". Several attorneys came in to watch his closing argument. His close was outstanding and by far the best closing arument I have seen in my 20 years in this profession. He really is the "best closer in the business" and I would highly recommend him if you are ever arrested. How he walked his client in our case is still a mystery to me, but he did it. He really is the best of the best.
