On May 9th, 2022 Michael C. Earle Bring 49 pictures and video of me not using my crutches into an Unlawful Detainer Hearing in West Covina Los Angeles Superior Court Dept 2 and with the help of Commissioner Jose A. Rodriguez a Default Judgement was awarded to M.C. Earle falsely stating I was a failur...e to appear. My name is the appearances section of Minute order from May the 9th, 2022 case #22WCUD00143 and I have sworn declarations from M.C. Earle Stating I appeared on time remotely via Microsoft Teams Video which I did and sworn declarations from M.C. Earle #188290 that I was a failure to appear. This Erroneous Default Judgement was awarded at a sanctions hearing on May 9th, 2022 depriving me of my right to a Bench and or a Jury Trial. Rockvale Ave Azusa CA 91702 =1942.5 aka Retaliation Eviction

I am a repeat customer of Mr. Earle. Mr. Earle got me a Not Guilty verdict on all 8 of my drug sales counts 2 years ago. I was arrested again and charged in Federal Court. My co-defendant had a lawyer that blamed everything on me. Not only did Mr. Earle have to fight the U.S. Attorney, but he had... to fight my co-defendants attorney. His closing argument was awsome. Othe lawyers from the courthouse came to watch him, he really is that good. I can tell you he did not disappoint! The jury hung on my case 6 to 6. The U.S. Attorney dropped the case against me. I know he did not want to face Mr. Earle again. I would love to come watch him again, as long as I am not the client. He is an AWSOME trial lawyer and a good guy.

I was charged with cocaine possession, transportation and sales. Due to my immigration status, I could not accept a deal. Mr. Earle was referred to me from another lawyer. He treated my family and I with respect and kindness. He met with us several times and took my case to trial. He was well pr...epared and counter-attacked the police officers testimony against me. His closing argument kept the entire courtroom on the edge of their seats. Watching him was like watching an episode of L.A. Law. He was amazing in his closing argument. I was found NOT GUILTY of all counts. I was offered a 4 year deal. Everyday I wake up in my own bed with my wife and 2 year old. I thank god and Mr. Earle for my freedom. He truly is the best and I recommend him to anyone. Every lawyer who wants to learn about trial law should go watch him. He is amazing.
