Michael C Earle

Michael Earl represented me with my dui and some other offenses that potentially could of landed me in jail for awhile. He was really focused on my case and answered any questions I had. He worked out a deal with the court that I didn't even know was an option. ( good luck having a public defender do... the same) I can honestly say I trust this man with my life and I highly recommend that if you need a criminal defense attorney Michael Earl is the person that will keep your record clean and keep you out of jail. I was referred to Mr Earle on the recommendation of a friend. The reason was for a case against my son who was a juvenile (17) at the time of his arrest on suspicion of possession and sales. I dont know if Mr Earle regularly takes juveniles on his caseload but he is every bit as good dealing with t...he juvenile court system as he is with the adults. My son's case was much less technical than the others being reviewed on this site, but that did not change Mr Earle's attitude or work ethic. He was ALWAYS extremely professional and courteous. He ALWAYS treated and spoke to my son in a professional and respectful tone. When it was all done....he got my son a few hours of community service as his sentence, (Which my son completely deserved). God forbid anyone in my family would get into a predicament but if we did or if anyone asked me for a recommendation, Mr. Mike Earle would be our man, without any hesitation whatsoever! He is the man!!!

As a federal prosecuter for almost 20 years I have never written a review of a defense attorney. I recently tried a major drug case with Mr. Earle. I contacted several DA's and US Attorneys who have conducted jury trials with Mr. Earle. All of them said he was a great trial lawyer and I better be ...prepared for his closing argument. Knowing this, and the strong case I had against his client, I thought I was as prepared as I needed to be. Mr. Earle's cross examination of our witnesses was impressive. His knowlege and preparation was obvious. The case came down to the closing arguement, in my opinion. Mr. Earle certainly lived up to his reputation as "the best closer in the business". Several attorneys came in to watch his closing argument. His close was outstanding and by far the best closing arument I have seen in my 20 years in this profession. He really is the "best closer in the business" and I would highly recommend him if you are ever arrested. How he walked his client in our case is still a mystery to me, but he did it. He really is the best of the best.

Michael Earle represented me in my arrest for taking the cops on a high speed chase and crashing into another car. I ran and hid in a house I broke into. The cops had dogs and a helicopter chasing me. Mr. Earle gave the best closing argument I have ever seen. The people on the jury said his closi...ng argument was why they found me Not Guilty. People in the audeince were amazed with his closing arguement and trial skills. He was absolutley AWSOME. His colored shirts with white collar and cuffs make him the best dressed attorney around as well, which did not hurt. Like I said, he is the best closer around and I fully recommend him if you are ever arrested.

I am a repeat customer of Mr. Earle. Mr. Earle got me a Not Guilty verdict on all 8 of my drug sales counts 2 years ago. I was arrested again and charged in Federal Court. My co-defendant had a lawyer that blamed everything on me. Not only did Mr. Earle have to fight the U.S. Attorney, but he had... to fight my co-defendants attorney. His closing argument was awsome. Othe lawyers from the courthouse came to watch him, he really is that good. I can tell you he did not disappoint! The jury hung on my case 6 to 6. The U.S. Attorney dropped the case against me. I know he did not want to face Mr. Earle again. I would love to come watch him again, as long as I am not the client. He is an AWSOME trial lawyer and a good guy.
