Helpful from the Start

While I was not able to retain Mr. Ervin due to jurisdiction issues, he was so kind and thoughtful when giving me a consultation over the phone. He was methodical, compassionate, and you can tell he speaks from experience. I appreciate his candor, and if my issue changes jurisdiction I hope to have h...im in my corner!

Felt secure with him on my side.

I reached out for guidance, I wasn't sure if I had a case. Attorney Ervin talked me through the entire situation. It was great to be understood and and even better that I felt he understood. Taking the time to go over the details, he made me feel secure that he was aware of my situation and I wouldn'...t be fighting this on my own.

Honest and straight shooter

Shawn gave us an honest straight forward evaluation of our case . He kept us informed, his fees were fair, and we won our case. He was empathetic, innovative, and seemed one step ahead of opposing council.

Great services

The EAP through my work included a legal benefit, with which I got a referral for services from Shawn at a discounted rate. I was thrilled with the service I received. I left Shawn a voicemail the night before, and he got back to me by 8:30 the next morning. Shawn was professional, thorough, and unde...rstanding. He gave me great advice so that I was able to stay self-represented (in theory) as I couldn't afford for him to represent me in court. Thanks to the advice from Shawn, I was able to successfully win my case and know that I can contact him if I have any problems down the road, and that I'll continue to get the same level of support that I have before.

highly recommended - this is the attorney you want on your side

Shawn Ervin represented us and helped with an eviction this year. He is knowledgable, easy to work with, and was incredibly helpful in dealing with our difficult situation. He was always available to us, answered emails and calls promptly, and took time to explain our options in detail so we could un...derstand the choices we were making. He led us through to a smoother resolution than we expected. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.
