Trust service

Joe set up my trust for me. He was through and gave me ideas I had not even thought of. I even wanted to make a change after we had decided on the trust information. It was no problem and Joe made it easy to make changes. I would recommend Joe and I already have.

Estate Planning with Volin was easy

Several years ago, my wife and I went to Joe Volin to set up our estate planning. Recently we again met with Joe to update our estate plans and trust. In both of our meetings with Joe, he has been very helpful and knowledgeable about all estate planning topics. He guided us through the entire proc...ess, making it a simple and enjoyable experience. Highly Recommended!

Joe gets my very highest recommendation. He provided Estate Planning for me and he is very patient and thorough. His explanations of how the legal system can work to protect my family put me at ease, and his advice and perspective are exceptional. The trust documents which he produced are flawless, a...nd he even provide an electronic copy on a thumb drive.. Very Nice! I am greatful to Joe for his patience, very thorough legal work, and his solid advice. I am certain he is the best Estate lawyer in town.
