Exceptional Service with Heart

Joe recently assisted me in my desire to get my estate planning in order. Specifically, I wanted to be sure that my daughter, who has significant disabilities, is cared for, without losing her current benefits. After talking through my goals for my family, we created a trust, with a Special Needs T...rust for my daughter. I think what I most appreciated was Joe's sensitivity and his listening ear. He was easy to work with and was timely in his communication. He made an overwhelming task easier and I can now sleep better at night, knowing that my family will be cared for, when needed.

Trust Preparation

We hired Mr. Volin to prepare trusts for both me and my husband. We were very pleased with the service we received. Joe answered all our questions with very detailed answers so that there were no misunderstandings of the trust process. In the end, we received a very professional, detailed trust fo...r our estate.

Very thorough

John did a will for my wife and I. He sent some papers for us to fill out and had two meetings with us. He was very helpful and we feel the resulting product is excellent.

Personable and knowledgeable

We hired Joe to prepare our wills and set up a trust for us. We found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. He led us through the process and answered our questions in laymen's terms that were easily understood. The process took two meetings and we have a complete binder of everything that will be... needed by our families in the future. We chose Joe because he was part of the Hyatt Legal Plan and we are glad that we did. We were very pleased.
