My wife and I met with Mr. Volin to set up a trust for our daughter as well as discuss some living will options. We found Mr. Volin through my Hewitt plan through work and I overall was very pleased with the services provided. Mr. Volin was very helpful, respectful of our time, and provided informati...on and answered all of the questions we had. We had a minor mistake with the address on our trust but Mr. Volin corrected it and got everything to satisfaction very quickly. The Hewitt Law Plan covered all of the costs and we did not spend any money out of pocket, which is always a pleasant surprise when that occurs. I would definitely work with Mr. Volin again in the future for any estate planning needs.

Joe was referred to me by my legal plan through work. I was able to immediately talk to him over the phone about the situation and set up an appointment within days. He solved my questions, advised me on how to proceed and then provided me with a form to do so-all right then at the conference. I w...ould certainly go to him for any future questions.

I had to file for bankruptcy back in August and I hired Joe Volin to represent me. I was fresh out of a divorce and unfortunately I was assigned a lot of the marital debt that I really didn't have any means to pay. He was able to work with me so I didn't lose my home and I was able to get much of... the debt consolidated.
