Bankruptcy Attorney

I had to file for bankruptcy back in August and I hired Joe Volin to represent me. I was fresh out of a divorce and unfortunately I was assigned a lot of the marital debt that I really didn't have any means to pay. He was able to work with me so I didn't lose my home and I was able to get much of... the debt consolidated. Bankrutpcy was not a move I took lightly and I tried to find other means to pay down the debt, but just couldn't do it with the salary I receive. His staff was helpful and I appreciate how good Joe was at returning my calls and answering my questions. Very personable, professional, and polite, he was very easy to work with.
