This is particularly true as we emerge from this recession. I have been representing my clients in bankruptcy law since 1978. I am a certified bankruptcy specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. I am a recognized member of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Whether it is a personal bankruptcy or a reorganization to save your business, I can help you through this difficult time to give you the fresh start you and your family or business need. I also help clients deal with the Internal Revenue Service and the Arizona Department of Revenue regarding past due taxes.
