Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable

We first met Mr. Volin in 2001. Joe not only created our first estate plan, but educated us along the way. In 2016 we contacted Joe for a free review of our plan, which resulted in updates due to changes in state estate plan laws. One again, Joe made the process easy and understandable, which can onl...y come from decades of providing people professional and friendly service in the best interest of his clients. I highly recommend Joe. In addition to helping us, Joe helped my mother and I work through the concerns of probate and community property law after the death of my father. BIG THANKS!!

Joe and his staff were EXCELLENT in handling my BK case. Joe was great at dealing with all my questions and concerns...he spoke to me in English not legal jargon. His staff was very pleasant and I never felt like they were not on top of my case. He gave me great advice and his knowledge in the field ...was incredible. I also appreciated is calmness--it made me feel like I had the right guy for the job--I would recommend Joe to anyone who is considering a BK--Thanks Joe and keep up the great work!!
