Exceptional Service with Heart

Joe recently assisted me in my desire to get my estate planning in order. Specifically, I wanted to be sure that my daughter, who has significant disabilities, is cared for, without losing her current benefits. After talking through my goals for my family, we created a trust, with a Special Needs Trust for my daughter. I think what I most appreciated was Joe's sensitivity and his listening ear. He was easy to work with and was timely in his communication. He made an overwhelming task easier and I can now sleep better at night, knowing that my family will be cared for, when needed.

Estate planning

Joe took all the complexities out of estate planning for me. After the initial consultation, it took him just 10 days to send me the necessary documents which I reviewed and signed today. It was a pleasure working with Joe, and I highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking about an estate plan.

Planning my Trust

Trust Preparation

We hired Mr. Volin to prepare trusts for both me and my husband. We were very pleased with the service we received. Joe answered all our questions with very detailed answers so that there were no misunderstandings of the trust process. In the end, we received a very professional, detailed trust for our estate.

Estate planning was thorough and complete

We met with Joe in late March and early April of this year to plan and draw up our estate. He was prepared by knowing that most people have not dealt with these matters before and do not really know the details of planning an estate. He was calm, efficient, and thorough in explaining what was involved and the choices that we would have for make for each document that we wanted to complete. Joe walked us through each step and double checked all of our decisions to make sure everything was in order before completing our estate documents. Everything was presented in a very professional way and in the end it all came in a nice binder that make it easy to find everything that we might need to find. We would highly recommend Joe for any estate planning you might need.

Estate Planning

Joe is very professional and thorough. We discussed my needs and he explained the process clearly and offered bits of "in his experience" to assist in decision making. Estate Planning

I highly recommend Joe. He is very professional, experienced and organized. He listened to my needs, discussed options and explained everything in clear, understandable language. The documents he provided were incredibly detailed. He thought of everything. They were organized in a binder with a summary overview and included an e-file on a thumb drive. Personable and knowledgeable

We hired Joe to prepare our wills and set up a trust for us. We found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. He led us through the process and answered our questions in laymen's terms that were easily understood. The process took two meetings and we have a complete binder of everything that will be needed by our families in the future. We chose Joe because he was part of the Hyatt Legal Plan and we are glad that we did. We were very pleased.

Very Pleased with Mr. Volin

My wife and I met with Mr. Volin to set up a trust for our daughter as well as discuss some living will options. We found Mr. Volin through my Hewitt plan through work and I overall was very pleased with the services provided. Mr. Volin was very helpful, respectful of our time, and provided information and answered all of the questions we had. We had a minor mistake with the address on our trust but Mr. Volin corrected it and got everything to satisfaction very quickly. The Hewitt Law Plan covered all of the costs and we did not spend any money out of pocket, which is always a pleasant surprise when that occurs. I would definitely work with Mr. Volin again in the future for any estate planning needs.

Estate planning, will and medical directives

Elder law/power of attorney question

Joe was referred to me by my legal plan through work. I was able to immediately talk to him over the phone about the situation and set up an appointment within days. He solved my questions, advised me on how to proceed and then provided me with a form to do so-all right then at the conference. I would certainly go to him for any future questions.
