Personable and knowledgeable

We hired Joe to prepare our wills and set up a trust for us. We found him to be friendly and knowledgeable. He led us through the process and answered our questions in laymen's terms that were easily understood. The process took two meetings and we have a complete binder of everything that will be... needed by our families in the future. We chose Joe because he was part of the Hyatt Legal Plan and we are glad that we did. We were very pleased.

Estate Planning

We had put off getting our estate in order and were somewhat intimidated by the process. However, Joe put us at ease and went through the process and explained everything in terms we could understand.

Very Pleased with Mr. Volin

My wife and I met with Mr. Volin to set up a trust for our daughter as well as discuss some living will options. We found Mr. Volin through my Hewitt plan through work and I overall was very pleased with the services provided. Mr. Volin was very helpful, respectful of our time, and provided informati...on and answered all of the questions we had. We had a minor mistake with the address on our trust but Mr. Volin corrected it and got everything to satisfaction very quickly. The Hewitt Law Plan covered all of the costs and we did not spend any money out of pocket, which is always a pleasant surprise when that occurs. I would definitely work with Mr. Volin again in the future for any estate planning needs.

Estate planning, will and medical directives

Joe helped us with my mother-in-law's will and medical directives. Joe took a lot of time explaining everything and was very patient. He made a complicated process straight forward. We highly recommend Joe.
