Very Pleased with Mr. Volin

My wife and I met with Mr. Volin to set up a trust for our daughter as well as discuss some living will options. We found Mr. Volin through my Hewitt plan through work and I overall was very pleased with the services provided. Mr. Volin was very helpful, respectful of our time, and provided informati...on and answered all of the questions we had. We had a minor mistake with the address on our trust but Mr. Volin corrected it and got everything to satisfaction very quickly. The Hewitt Law Plan covered all of the costs and we did not spend any money out of pocket, which is always a pleasant surprise when that occurs. I would definitely work with Mr. Volin again in the future for any estate planning needs.

Thorough and responsive

Joe established wills and a trust for my wife and I. He is very thorough in explaining all the options and ask questions.

Family Trust

I worked with John to create family trust. He was prompt in making appointment and follow up with the paper work. He was also flexible to change in our schedule. He answered all our inquiries which were little outside family trust related questions.

Professional, Reliable, Experienced

Hired Joe to create a family trust for me and my husband as he is a participant in the Hyatt Legal Plan I have as a benefit through my employment. Within 1 1/2 weeks and about 2 1/2 hours of our time, we walked out with the trust, will, and all other tools and directions we need to maintain our trus...t. He was patient, understanding and explained the process as well as roles and responsibilities. He helped us make decisions by offering several possible choices that we could consider. He welcomes questions and changes during and after the creation of the trust. I would recommend Joe to my family/friends for their Estate Planning needs.
